I'm Will Eagles and I currently am a Strength and Conditioning coach with a passion for Human Performance. Whether you are an individual looking to optimize your life or an elite athlete looking for that little edge on the field or court the thought of changing your life based around healthy movement and diet is incredible.

I hold a B.S. in Health Science and Masters Degree in Sports Performance and Injury Prevention. I hold many certification that include areas of expertise in Speed and Explosiveness, Olympic Lifting, Strength and Conditioning, Performance Enhancement, and nutrition through Percision Nutrition.

My college baseball career was cut short do to injury and I experienced some great highs and lows as an athlete. Success, failure, Injury and Life have lead me here to help others DECODE HUMAN PERFORMANCE.

I am not a life hack coach, I am a student of performance and transformation spending many hours trying to make sense of it all. I love being outside and feel that it is one of the missing links in a healthy lifestyle. Gyms are great but nature is amazing.
